Michael Kranewitter (geb. 1977) studierte Geschichte mit F\u00e4cherkombination Politikwissenschaft, Publizistik und Osteurop\u00e4ischer Geschichte an der Universit\u00e4t Wien. Zwischen 2008 und 2011 besuchte er den Universit\u00e4tslehrgang Library and Information Studies und arbeitete von 2009 bis 2011 als EU-Projektmitarbeiter in der Abteilung Forschung und Entwicklung der \u00d6sterreichischen Nationalbibliothek. Seit 2014 ist er Mitarbeiter der Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek der Johannes Kepler Universit\u00e4t Linz, wo er ab 2018 das Referat \u201eLizenzmanagement und Wissenschaftsservice\u201c leitete. 2023 \u00fcbernahm er die Leitung der Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek Linz.<\/p>\n

Michael Kranewitter (born 1977) studied history with a combination of political science, journalism and Eastern European history at the University of Vienna. Between 2008 and 2011 he attended the university course in Library and Information Studies and from 2009 to 2011 worked as an EU project employee in the Research and Development department of the Austrian National Library. Since 2014 he has been an employee of the university library at Johannes Kepler University Linz, where he headed the \u201cLicense Management and Research Service\u201d department from 2018. In 2023 he took over the management of the Linz University Library.<\/p>\n
